Depending on the nature of your misdemeanor we have a few tried and tested ideas to get back into the good books of the girl you so wrongly let down! All you need to do is decide on a scale of 1-10 (1 being a little bad and 10 being a total & unjustifiably arrogant pig!) just how badly you’ve behaved and then elect the relevant punishment! There are no guarantees, but at least you will know you have tried everything possible.

• 1. An apology –It might be all it takes, if not why not spice it up a bit and give her number two as well.
• 2. A card –We ladies just love cards. We tend to remember Birthdays, Anniversaries & Valentine’s day, so why not say it with a card, just make sure it says all you want to say! No slacking, make it personal and if necessary spend endless hours searching out the right one. It could very well be worth your while!
• 3. Flowers –Under it all most girls love flowers! Not ones from the garage forecourt we hasten to add, but a well thought out bouquet. Every flower has a meaning, so you can even get a deeper perspective across by doing a bit of research.
• 4. Dinner –Cook her a romantic meal and then try and win her back using all of the aforementioned tips to show her your levels of effort. It should be hand cooked and well thought out, involving her favourite tipple, starter, main course and dessert! Oh and candles to give it such a sexy ambiance. And if the weather is good you could up the steaks even further by making it a romantic picnic in a secluded spot. Just remember the hamper, blanket and bottle opener, as well as all the essentials. There is nothing worse than a wet bum & a well chilled bottle begging to be opened!
• 5. A thought –We are from Venus after all and love little thoughts that make us feel special. So make it personal to your relationship and show her with a token of your connection together. This might seem to rank quite highly, but never underestimate the power of connecting with her feminine side & it could take a lot of planning & organisation. We all have special things that make us smile, be it a favourite sweet, a reminder of the first film you went to see or an old airline ticket for a trip you shared together. The possibilities are endless! It may even be worth doing something you did together all over again! The aim is to make her smile & feel special, so it has to be personal!
• 6. A well thought out gift. You’ll be glad to know it doesn’t have to cost the earth at this level, but just make sure it hits the spot. Treat it like an extra birthday or Christmas and spend accordingly. If you’re not used to the present thing (And there are plenty of men that just don’t bother!), give yourself a budget in line with your salary! The gift could be anything from jewelry, to underwear, just make sure it is personal to the lady you want back in your life! And a word from the wise, make it cool and sexy, not desperate and tacky! And keep the bedtime aid thoughts for after you have actually won her back! This is not about you!
• 7. An all expenses paid weekend away. Money can be no object and it needs to be planned out in advance. If she has always wanted to go to a certain place, make sure you book the best hotel and the best restaurant in the area. Unfortunately you don’t get to pack her things and plan her time off work as there are no guarantees, but if you are batting at these odds, it would pay to get one of her friends on side in advance!
• 8. Next step up and it gets a little more expensive! A week away to an exotic location. You may even have to bite the bullet and let her take her best friend rather than you, but hey it’s all in the name of love! And if you get it right, she’ll spend at least some of that week thinking about you and wishing you were there to share the experience. She may not admit it, but believe you me some quality time being spoilt does make a girl feel special and access a higher level of consciousness!
• 9. A new car or something pretty damn expensive that she really wants and just can’t afford. Show her just how much you value & love her!
• 10. Give her whatever her heart desires! May seem a little vague, but only you know deep down exactly what that is. It may be the holiday of a lifetime, a key to your front door & her own wardrobe space, or a ring (don’t squirm too much boys!) to show your commitment, but all we can say is it has to be BIG, BIG, BIG & money is no object! It may still not work but at least you go down fighting! But then again it might…..
